At 7:39 last evening the company was dispatched for a vehicle accident with unknown injuries. Deputy 89 arrived with 1 vehicle through a pole barn. Fortunately nobody was injured engine 89-2 arrived and checked the structure for stability and depowering.

As part of the final step before putting our new engine 2 in service Saturday was spent training on the different functions and operating the new pump. Thanks you to Shop one fire apparatus and horrocks fire and rescue apparatus for spending the day with us.
It's hard to believe but New years is almost here! We are excited for another great year and we want you to come out and enjoy our new years dinner with us. This year it falls on a Sunday but we will be ready.
Special announcement! We just received a special request from the north pole. Santa wants to come for one last visit before the big day. We will be driving around the area on December 24th starting at 10am.
At 1405 yesterday afternoon the company was dispatched for a reported brush fire at a local mulch company. Chief 89 arrived with a 15 foot high pile 40 feet around that was quickly spreading. Multiple tankers were requested to supply truck 57 and multiple hand lines from engine 89-1.
This afternoon the company was dispatched to a three car accident in the 1900 block of lancaster pike. Luckily there were no injuries. Please be aware of the new dollar General that has opened in our area and be mindful of vehicle turning in outer out of that parking lot.

This morning after running a vehicle accident the crew cleaned up quick to get ready for our favorite time of year... Fire prevention! First stop was jacobs ladder nursery. Nothing beats the smile on the kids faces when they get to wear fire hats and get hands on with the equipment.
At 8 o'clock this morning the company was dispatched for a vehicle accident in front of the firehouse. Crews arrived to find 2 patients with injuries. Both were transported to the hospital. Thanks to all the neighboring companies who assisted in traffic control.
We respond to emergencies in the rain so we were not going to let a little rain stop us from raising money yesterday. Thank you to all who helped and a huge thanks to the community for showing your support.
Hot day for a hot call. At 1:30 this afternoon the company was dispatched for a brush fire that turned out to be a large mulch pile on fire. Thanks to a large loader and the assistance of quarryvilles ladder truck hand tools were used at a minimum.

At 4:52 this morning the company was dispatched for a water rescue. Chief 89 arrived to find a single vehicle stuck on a flooded bridge. Luckily the driver was able to free himself and get to dry land. This driver was lucky but not all are. Please remember that flooded roadways can be very dangerous...
Yesterday was a long day for Robert fulton. At 712am the company was dispatched for a barn fire that turned out to be a large hay storage structure fully involved. It took 10 fire companies from 3 different counties to bring the blaze under control all units cleared at 1234pm.
It looks like we will not be avoiding the impending storm this weekend. No matter the amount we get be aware even a little snow can cause hazardous conditions on the road. If you do not have to go out on the roads stay home.
Local drivers be advised on Wednesday the 20th portions of route 272 and 222 will be closed due to another heavy haul moving through the area between 1o'clock pm and 5 o'clock pm. The haul will come from Nottingham turn down little Britain road and continue to the power plant at the Maryland line.
